Founder / Executive Creative Director

Marty began as an English teacher in the Bronx, learning the positive art of getting people to discover things for themselves. 

He was ECD at Merkley Newman Harty and CCO at Energy BBDO and Gotham. There was a 5-year Effie for Orbit Gum, the groundbreaking Always Open branded series for Denny’s, JPMorgan Chase, Canadian Club, Lipitor. With that, came Cannes Lions, more Effies and, at Grupo Gallegos, an El Ojo Best of Show.

He’s taught at ad schools, spoke at the 4A’s and written articles about creativity and management.

Hank kosinski

Founder / Executive Creative Director

Whether learning his craft at Goodby, Silverstein & Partners, or at Lowe, Merkley, McCann, or more recently, Gardner Nelson + Partners in NYC – where he was Partner and ECD, Hank loves the rush of a great idea and the building of a positive culture. 

He’s worked with amazing clients—Nike, Heineken, UPS, TicTac, Goldman Sachs, Mercedes-Benz, Verizon & Microsoft, America’s Biopharmaceutical Companies, Pfizer, Genentech, Women’s Pro Soccer and National Grid in the US. And Hank’s won Cannes Lions, Andy’s, Clios, NY Festivals and numerous other accolades. He’s also taught at the University of Arizona and Miami Ad School, and participated in the mentoring program at VCU. 

 

ANDREW SCHIRMER

BUSINESS + STRATEGY LEAD

Andrew is a polymath, hybrid, multi-faceted health zealot who has a unique left and right brain balance that has allowed him to be effective as an art director, creative director, managing partner, president and CEO.  He has worked within Omnicom, WPP and IPG across agencies including Merkely Newman Harty, McCann and Ogilvy.

Andrew was a creative leader in the early days of Direct-to-Consumer prescription drug advertising, a pioneer in health care digital CRM and a leader in the global health behavior change communications space. From developing some of the biggest campaigns in pharma (Lipitor, Viagra, Lunesta, Paxil CR, Nasonex) and OTC (Rolaids, Centrum, Zantac, CeraVe) to leading workshops in Islamabad, Dar El Salam and Dhaka for governments, NGOs and companies, he has always strived to connect human insight to societal/business objectives and creative output in a clear and comprehensive way.

As a serial “Intrapreneur” he has started 6 agency units within larger companies and is now focused on building new relationships and success around human health, wellness and happiness.

Beth Knight

Beth is a brand strategist and lover of insights, specializing in qualitative moderating and workshop facilitation. With 20+ years on top global brands, she has a reputation as an engaging leader and brand storyteller fueled by both ‘qual’ and ‘quant’ data.

Insights and strategies have inspired Beth's work that has been recognized by the industry, including the Jay Chiat Award, Effies, Clio and Cannes awards, Adweek and Ad Age.

Charise Mita

Cutural + Brand Strategist

Charise seems to have been destined for Positiv. To earn a PhD, she studied the relationship between language, thought, emotions and behavior. At KBS, Euro and BBDO, her special magic has been in helping clients and agencies see and feel differently by reframing issues, unlocking insights and inspiring ideas. And, as Chief Strategy Officer at Batten & Company, she co-created a strategic framework to help clients find their purpose, their true north and their path to realizing their ambition. Positively perfect.

Kevin Wassong

Director Of Accounts

Kevin is an experienced media and marketing exec who knows how to merge digital, creativity, technology and strategy, creating positive results.

Kevin created the first digital services organization digital@jwt, within the worlds largest advertising agency, J. Walter Thompson. He was the founder and CEO of ONE Mobile which was acquired by Nexstar Broadcasting as part of their Media General acquisition and former President of Minyanville Media, LLC.

Kevin’s been an Effie Judge, on the board of the Art Directors Club and Junior Achievement of NY and has won an Emmy Award for digital video.

Cam Brooks

Chief financial officer

Having spent 10 years in a senior role at Omnicom, Cam knows how exceptional business partners can help build iconic brands.  As a leading member of the finance organization, Cam also knows the myriad choices and challenges clients face and the need for measurable results.  He’s worked with some of the finest agencies and the world’s preeminent companies to deliver results and build a culture of mutual success.  Cam has an MBA from Yale and spent the earlier part of his career at Morgan Stanley, Solomon Smith Barney and Lehman Brothers.

Peter has considerable experience in setting strategic marketing direction for top-level companies and developing award-winning advertising campaigns for well-known brands. With a management style that is consultative, inclusive and thorough, Peter builds and manages effective teams that rise to meet business and financial goals.

He’s worked at great agencies – Ogilvy, Ammirati & Puris, Merkley Newman Harty – on behalf of market-leading clients such as IBM, Pfizer (leading groundbreaking work for Lipitor), AbbVie, Merck, Regeneron, Sanofi, Compaq, BellSouth, Goldman Sachs, Dell, and Air France.

His campaigns have won Gold and Silver Effies, Gold and Silver One Show Pencils, and numerous other awards.

Jeff SChur

Operational Management

Jeff heads up our full service production capabilities. He brings deep agency experience, including that from having run his own shop and his own consultancy, CTD Consultants. In 2008 – 2010 he was Operations Director at JWT, a new discipline that focused on in-house production, digital production and agency technology.

Having pioneered the integration of remote technology and collaborative tool deployment, Jeff keeps production one step ahead of the times.
